Configure the general settings for the forum, available options are as follows:

# number of characters in topic,
# number of characters in posts,
# topics per page,
# posts per page,
# allow polls,
# poll voting only for logged-in users,
# posting anti-flood interval (seconds),
# set the number of warnings a user can receive before they are Auto Banned (0 – off),
# forum statistics,
# enable ShoutBox,
# ShoutBox only for logged-in users,
# ShoutBox for privileged users only ,
# delay (seconds) before sending next ShoutBox message,
# maximum length of a ShoutBox message,
# ShoutBox: Remember last,
# quick reply,
# number of topics read by the user remembered.
Menu config
Configure the menu, add and remove panels, change the order in which they are displayed and set rules concerning for which users they will be visible.
