Add file
New files can be added:
- from a local hard disk,
- downloaded from any network address,
- downloaded directly from the given address without saving a copy of the file on local hard disk.

# adding a gallery (for example containing screenshots of the file) to the uploaded file.
Moderate files
Moderate files added by users to the download section (approving, editing, etc.)
Moderate categories
Adding and removing categories in the Download section.
